Since we have been receiving some similar questions, we wanted a place where you could get answers or ask questions easily.  If you don’t see your question below, ask it in the comment box at the bottom of the page.

Member Questions

1. I don’t want my PayPal email to be my username.
   CLARIFICATION: You can have your ‘first name’ to represent you when you are logged in but you will still need to use your paypal email as your username. [[EXCEPTION: There were a few of you who circumvented the process and needed manual intervention to get inside the members' area. You can continue to use that username for access.]]
   (Go to you Profile and type in your ‘First Name’ and save. The video below will walk you through the process. If you do this then you will show up in the forum and in the comments section as you – your first name.)

2. I set up my bio in my profile but I don’t see it
   The profile bio is not displayed any where on the membership site. Copy the content you put in the profile bio; go to the forum section: Introduce yourself; click on ‘New topic” and paste the bio there.
3. How do I introduce myself
   Go into the forum; scroll down to “Off-Topic” –> “Introduce Yourself” –> “New Topic”  (The video below will walk you through the process.)

4. How do I change my avatar?

Buyer Questions

1. Is the signup process hard?
   No, it is fairly simple if you follow the instructions. ***DO NOT CHANGE YOUR USERNAME AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE PAYPAL PAYMENT**

2. How long after I join before I get access to the member content?
   You get immediate access to all the premium member content on the blog and pages. The forum requires manual intervention and we ask for 24 hours. However, we have been giving access within just an hour or so.
   Do I have to join for a certain length of time?
   No, you may cancel at anytime. (NOTE: If you decide to re-join at a later time you will have to pay the current rate.)
3. Do you have a refund policy?
   Yes we do! We want you to be happy.  If you join, look around and decide it isn’t for you, then let us know right away.
4. I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still join?
   Yes, look underneath the PayPal login and you will see a link to pay with a credit card.  (See screenshot below on where to click for credit card payments.)
   
5. How do I cancel my membership?
   a. Log into your PayPal account
   b. Look for the transaction completed when you joined
   c. Click on ‘Details’
   d. At the bottom of the details page click ‘Cancel Subscription’
   That’s it – you will no longer be charged the membership fee
   NOTE: Access to the membership site is directly tied to your paypal account.
   When you cancel you will be locked out of the membership site.Here is a video if you can’t find you transaction
